1. Delivery Times
As you may be aware, Australia Post is experiencing delays as they cope with increased volumes, state border restrictions and ensuring appropriate physical distancing in their operations. This has led to delays by an extra 3-5 business days for some of our deliveries. We have been assured that the delays will not be long term, as they add extra resources and adjust their systems to these unprecedented times.
Who will it affect?
Dry Customers and Add To Box Orders: Please do allow an extra 3-5 days for delivery. If required please adjust your next delivery date here as we don't want your doggo going without its Petzyo. Or alternatively, please email us to assist via firstname.lastname@example.org
Raw Customers: No affect, business as usual with 1-2 business day delivery, contact-free.
2. Business Address
As many people are adjusting to working from home with their co-woofers, just a friendly reminder to adjust your delivery address here if your order was previously received at your office.
3. Supply Chain and Contact Free Delivery
We would also like to ensure you that we are using appropriate COVID-19 measures to ensure safe contact-free delivery. We also wanted to let you know that we have a very stable Australian made supply chain, so we have plenty of Petzyo food to get your loved ones through iso.
